The Miss Melissa party dress is a two-piece top and skirt.. The top is cropped with short sleeves and opened slightly in the back. Skirt is a full tiered skirt with a petticoat attached. Comes in 3 colors: black, fuchsia, and ivory.

Step 2: Place your order online, selecting your size and color choice. Note: not sure about which color to pick? You can order up sample fabric swatches for just $15 each. If you order a dress, the money spent will be deducted from your purchase price.
Step 3: on the checkout page, enter your measurements and occasion date as well as any other special instructions in the order notes field.
Step 4: Once your order is placed, a representative will reach out to confirm all details and answer any questions.
