ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing – Nancy Sinoway Design Studio. We are excited and more the happy to assist you. We proudly offer customized garments each are handmade with the upmost care.
In order to process your order and begin production, please read and sign off on the following policies that apply to your selection.
The client is in agreement with the price quote and the clients customized order. Before production starts the garment has to be paid for in FULL including any additional charges for custom requests. Absolutely no refunds apply.
We will be glad to send you up to 3 swatches at a charge of $25.00. If you choose not to purchase, there is no refund. If you choose to purchase the $25.00 comes off your order. There are always variations in dye-lots so please keep that in mind.
We work with everyone to decide which is the best size for the client, comparing their measurements and with our sizing chart. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN MEASUREMENTS AND ACCURACY. We are not responsible for garments that do not fit after a client signs off on that size.
Measurements are taken to ensure the best possible fit, however alterations are almost always necessary to ensure formal special occasion fit.
Nancy Sinoway is not responsible for any additional costs incurred for proper fit, including but not limited to alterations, additional material, due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or plastic surgery.
Nancy Sinoway Design Studios is not responsible for inaccurate measurements or not choosing the size we recommend. Its always best to go a size up.
By submitting payment on our website, the client agrees to all shop policies available here and online.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on your order.
Even if the occasion is cancelled, Nancy Sinoway Design Studio is not responsible.
